Meet Directors

Director

Alan Browne

Alan is the founding director of Chalfont Construction Ltd and brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the construction industry with a wealth of expertise in sectors such as infrastructure, rail and sea defences.

He has a deep understanding of engineering challenges, safety standards and innovative construction techniques and has successfully overseen and delivered complex projects.

He is dedicated to delivering value to our clients, through optimising designs and the safe delivery of quality in all aspects of the works.

Financial Controller

Anusha Rijal

Anusha is a business management graduate and is passionate about developing her career in financial management. She loves to take on new professional challenges, and is currently pursuing her ACCA qualification.

She has a deep interest in project management and is excited about her role at Chalfont Construction Limited as this enables her to see and shape many aspects of business operations.

Among her responsibilities is project accounting where she can see and evaluate project delivery plans and outcomes, as well as shape project processes.

Engineering Manager

Arpitha Ravishankar

Arpitha gained MSc in Construction Project Management as well as her Civil Engineering degree, and she brings practical precision to the way Chalfont Construction Limited manage design and engineering.

She enjoys the challenges of project delivery and understands that the most successful projects are based on robust processes for managing engineering information at all stages of the project.

Her responsibilities include managing design processes and the collection of as built information during the course of a project, which assists in a smooth handover to customers.

Design Engineer

Bopanna Thabbangada Chami

Bopanna is an MSc qualified civil and structural engineer who contributes to the design and delivery of Chalfont Construction Limited projects. With a focus on foundation design and structural coordination, he ensures that works are planned safely and can be built to the required quality standards.

He enjoys turning design concepts into practical on-site solutions and is passionate about creating strong, efficient, and sustainable structures. Bopanna aims to advance as a structural engineer and continue contributing to projects that make a lasting impact.

Site Manager

Jurgen Loga

Jurgen started his career in carpentry and this has led to a career in site management for formwork and reinforced concrete.

He is excited to see the development in Chalfont Construction Limited’s processes as these help ensure projects start in a well planned way.

He welcomes learning new skills and is committed to passionate about getting it right and making sure all the jobs have a high quality finish.

From first day to last touches, Jurgen makes sure we hand over excellent quality to our clients.

Site Engineer

Pawel Gladii

Pavel is a mechanical engineering graduate, and he brings a mechanical engineer’s precision into Chalfont Construction Limited’s civil engineering and groundworks projects.

His background has equipped him with an ability to solve complex problems, and he has recently applied his technical skills in road setting out and quality control, ensuring project accuracy and adherence to specifications as well as the compilation of as built records for customers.

He is committed to advancing his career in the construction industry and aims to lead and engineer major infrastructure projects in the future.

Sean McGrath

Sean has worked in civil engineering all over the globe and brings over 30 years experience in practical formwork, falsework and reinforced concrete in a number of sectors including rail, sea defences and infrastructure.

He has immense practical understanding of the technical challenges of civil engineering works and has successfully overseen and delivered many projects.

He is always determined to progress the works as safely and effectively as possible, intuitively optimising programme to the benefit of the project.

Stephen Deering

Stephen is a senior construction professional with over 15 years of experience delivering complex, high-profile projects across the nuclear, rail, and infrastructure sectors.

He brings a unique blend of expertise in project delivery, commercial management, legal oversight, and financial control.

He is passionate about managing risks, optimizing processes, and driving timely, cost-effective outcomes through collaborative contracts.

Quality & Compliance Consultant

Tannaz Chehrazi

Tannaz has played a key role in developing Chalfont Construction Limited’s management systems to meet the requirements of the three main ISOs.

With extensive experience in regulated industries and project management, she supports site teams through audits, training and process improvements.

She has developed Chalfont Construction Limited’s use of Fonn project management software so that key aspects of project and business management can be directly traced to the ISO requirement, which supports overall project performance and the customer experience.
